The jury trial for a 35-year-old Greene man charged with 3rd degree sexual abuse has been delayed in Butler County District Court.
Levi Ledbeter is also charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury or mental illness from an alleged incident on January 12th.
His trial had originally been scheduled to begin April 2nd, but has now been continued to April 30th.
If convicted on the sexual abuse charge, Ledbeter could be sentenced for up to 10 years in prison.
