The AGWSR boys track & field team placed sixth with 34 points at Thursday’s BCLUW Early Bird meet.
The Cougars earned three event titles. Aiden Heitland won the shot put and discus with throws of 45-11 and 130-05. Kaden Abbas won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.29.
The Cougars will be back in action Tuesday at Grundy Center.
The AGWSR girls golf team was scheduled to host Hampton-Dumont-CAL in a best ball scrimmage, but the meet was postponed to Thursday, April 4.
