AGWSR senior Kaden Abbas has announced he’ll continue his academic and football career at Central College.

A running back and linebacker, Abbas compiled consecutive 1,000+ yard seasons on offense, including a team-high 19 all-purpose touchdowns in 2023. Defensively, he led the 2023 team with 83.5 tackles, including 10.5 tackles for loss and one sack.
In recognition of his accomplishments, Abbas earned Class A second-team all-state honors in 2023.
Abbas will join a Dutch program that’s coached by Wellsburg native Jeff McMartin. Central went 8-2 in 2023.
