This week, the Iowa Falls City Council held two special meetings.
The first meeting was to hold a public hearing on the city’s proposed property tax levy for the next fiscal year budget. After the public hearing, the Iowa Falls council approved the said levy.
During the second special meeting, the Iowa Falls City Council approved a development agreement with England Commercial Rentals RHM, LLC, and set the public hearing to approve the city’s fiscal year 2025 budget for April 15th.
