A local Drake Relays qualifier and a relay team with aspirations of returning will be featured on this weekend’s edition of the Brother’s Market Sports Beat.
AGWSR senior Abby Veld has qualified in the girls discus, and will lead off the show. Next, the Aplington-Parkersburg girls shuttle hurdle relay team will be featured. Both were interviewed at Friday’s meet at South Hardin.
Some area coaches will join the show, including Aplington-Parkersburg Boys Tennis Coach Dave Price, Clarksville Track & Field Coach Darren Bohlen, and AGWSR Boys Golf Coach Ryley Schipper.
