The Dike-New Hartford golf teams hosted the DNH Golf Tournament Saturday. The DNH/AP girls took the team title with 366 strokes, besting Waverly-Shell Rock and North Fayette Valley. Kendall Riherd and Seeri Smith were the team’s top performers, tying for third by each shooting a 90.

The boys placed third with 341 strokes in a six-team field. Carson Costello fired a 74 to take runner-up honors. Both teams will host AGWSR Tuesday, pending likely rainy conditions.

The girls tennis team will put its undefeated record on the line at 3-1 South Hardin. Head Coach Reegan Zinkula says it’ll be a good test.

“Looking at bound, I think that’s going to be a good matchup,” Zinkula says. “I’m excited for that one. Just looking at our season in the long run, we’re going to have some really good matchups and we need to show up every night to be ready to play. And I’m really looking forward to it.”

The Wolverines are 4-0. The meet will start at 4:15 p.m.

The boys track & field team will host the Wolverine Invitational. Originally scheduled for Tuesday, it was moved to Monday due to the forecast of rain and severe weather. The meet will include a mix of NICL, Iowa Star and Heart of Iowa Conference opponents. The meet will start at 4:45 p.m.

The girls track & field team will be at Hudson for the Hudson Relays. The meet will feature 10 conference opponents and several non-conference opponents. The meet will start at 4:30 p.m.
