Last week the Latimer City Council approved to hold Latimer Fun Day this year on July 27th.
The Latimer council approved a letter being sent out regarding trees being trimmed. Homeowners would be allowed until the end of May before the city could have to take action and bill the homeowner $50 per tree.
The Latimer City Council also approved a 5 percent pay raise for the city clerk retroactive to April 1st.
