Yesterday the Franklin County Board of Supervisors adopted the county’s next fiscal year budget.
The Franklin supervisors approved a utility permit for Dumont Telephone to place fiber optics in Osceola and Grant Township, adopted the code of ordinances for the county, and approved a resolution authorizing use of the Special Project Fund for courthouse repairs.
