Construction is scheduled to begin on Franklin County road C-13 between county roads C-25 and S-43.
The contractor will mill the surface starting Monday, and plans to start paving operations on Wednesday.
Work will be completed under traffic with flaggers and a pilot car.
The project should last around 3 weeks, weather permitting.
