The AGWSR girls golf team placed fourth with 440 strokes at Monday’s tournament at Oakwood Golf Course, hosted by BCLUW. Gabrielle Kruger was the team’s leading golfer with 98 strokes. The boys placed fourth with 342 strokes. The boys will return to action at Thursday’s conference tournament at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course in Cedar Falls. The girls will return to action at Monday’s conference meet at Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course in Waterloo.
The boys track & field team placed sixth with 52.5 points at the Denver Coed Relays. First place: Kaden Abbas – 110-meter hurdles. Third place: Aiden Heitland – discus. They’ll return to action at Thursday’s conference meet at Grundy Center.
