Duane and I, Thursday, talked about Willie Nelson’s love for oatmeal in the morning and the occasional breakfast for dinner with eggs, bacon, and more. Well, I had been thinking about that the rest of my shift and ended up making breakfast for dinner at home (aka BRINNER). I went with sausage links, free range eggs, and diced potatoes. It really hit the spot!
