Girls tennis team regional brackets have been released by the IGHSAU.
In Class 1A Region 1, Aplington-Parkersburg will face Hampton-Dumont-CAL in the first round. The winner will play either Union or Waverly-Shell Rock. In the same region, Iowa Falls-Alden will play Grundy Center, with the winner advancing to play either South Hardin or Independence. These matches will be at Byrnes Park in Waterloo.
In Class 1A Region 4, Dike-New Hartford will play Oelwein in Clear Lake, with the winner advancing to play either Clear Lake or Osage.
The first round will be Friday, May 10.
