The Rowan City Council Monday will consider approval of ordinance amendments concerning water and sewer rates, and will consider adoption of the Code of Ordinances for the city.
The Rowan council will discuss waterworks positions and a nuisance abatement.
The Rowan City Council meets Monday at 7pm at the community center.
