Bruce Dall has submitted his resignation as the head coach of the Dike-New Hartford girls basketball team, according to a press release from the school district. The release says that Dall “achieved remarkable success becoming one of the most accomplished girls’ basketball coaches in state history.”

Dall served in the role for 13 seasons, compiling a 269-53 record. The Wolverines recently earned the program’s fourth consecutive state championship, a feat only accomplished once before in Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union history.

Dall’s career includes tenures at AGWSR, Allison-Bristow and Janesville. His teams have won five state championships, with one coming at AGWSR. His teams have made 12 state tournament appearances, seven of which were at Dike-New Hartford. His career record is 543-144.

The district’s release says Dall’s resignation will be presented for acceptance at the Monday, May 13 school board meeting.
