Monday the Franklin County Board of Supervisors will consider for approval 15 drainage district crossing permits for the Whispering Willow Wind Farm.
The Franklin supervisors will also consider for approval 2024 drainage assessments.
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors meet Monday at 8:30am at the courthouse in Hampton.
