Monday night the Eldora-New Providence School Board agreed to allocate 100 percent of the media and educational services funds to the Central Rivers Area Education Agency for the next school year.
The E-NP board approved an amendment to the current fiscal year budget with a 70-thousand dollar increase to non instructional programs and a 1-million dollar increase to total other expenses. These expenses were related to the continued renovations and improvements at both the E-NP elementary and South Hardin High School buildings.
The Eldora-New Providence School Board also received information on the current hiring update. Bus drivers are still needed, but otherwise, all positions have been filled for the 2024-25 school year.
