Today the Butler County Board of Supervisors set May 28th as the date to hold a public hearing to consider a request to rezone 73 acres from BMC Aggregates, L-C from A-1 to A-2 zoning for a sandpit dredging operation.
The Butler supervisors also approved utility permit applications filed by MidAmerican Energy, Windstream Iowa, and Butler County REC.
