This week the Hampton City Council held a workshop meeting and was presented with a draft of a noise ordinance from city manager Ron Dunt.
Dunt noted the draft was a hybrid of other communities’ ordinances.
The consensus of the Hampton City Council was to have the city attorney review and finalize the proposed noise ordinance.
