The Iowa Falls City Council this week appointed Kaci Elkin as the Interim City Manager.
The Iowa Falls council approved the purchase of a door entry/security system and computer upgrade for the fire department for $22,682 from RW Sound.
The Iowa Falls City Council also approved a resolution directing the acceptance of a proposal to purchase 4-point-5-million dollars in General Obligation Capital Loan Notes.
