A 20-year-old Hampton man facing sex abuse charges was arrested Thursday afternoon on a Hardin County warrant.
The warrant for Jakyb Kapp was for failing to appear at a pretrial conference from the original charges of 2nd degree sex abuse, 3rd degree sex abuse, lascivious acts, and for enticing a minor under age 16 for a sexual purpose.
Kapp is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
Kapp’s jury trial is scheduled to begin June 4th in Hardin County District Court.
