Friday night 22-year-old Kaden James Dokken of LaCrosse, Wisconsin turned himself in at the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center on a local charge of 2nd degree sexual abuse.
Dokken was released from custody today.
2nd degree sexual abuse is a class “B” felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
