Tuesday, after 9:30 p.m. the Iowa Falls Police Department was called out on the report of stolen property from the Iowa Falls Walmart.
Upon arrival, law enforcement arrested 32-year-old Serina Carroll of Kirksey, Kentucky and charged her with fifth-degree theft. Also arrested was 25-year-old James Cooper of Monroe, Georgia for fourth-degree theft.
Both Carroll and Cooper have been released from the Hardin County Jail.
