Wednesday, the Rockwell City Council discussed pay increases for city employees. It was noted the city budgeted for three percent increases for city staff. After discussion, the council approved four percent pay raises for all city employees.
In other business, the Rockwell City Council approved a two percent increase in utility rates, effective July 1st and approved an amendment to the current fiscal year budget.
