Last night the Hampton Police Department arrested 48-year-old Seton Kelly Smith of Hampton who was wanted on a Linn County warrant for a charge of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose.
Smith is being held at the Linn County Jail.
If convicted, he could be sentenced for up to 5 years in prison.
