The Iowa Falls School Board this week approved all of the student handbooks.
New this year will be a handbook specific to the grading policies at the high school.
New in every handbook is the changes to truancy and chronic absenteeism that was established by the state this year.
The Iowa Falls School Board also received an update on summer projects. The air conditioning projects are moving along, the playground project at Rock Run Elementary School will begin Monday, and the district will bid for the new transportation building in July.
