Friday night the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 26-year-old Blake Michael Walrod of Latimer who was wanted on a Franklin County warrant for 2nd degree theft and for domestic abuse assault-displaying or using a dangerous weapon.
Walrod was ordered held on a 7-thousand dollar cash only bond at the Hardin County Jail.
2nd degree theft is considered to be a class “D” felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
