The Clarksville City Council this week discussed two building permit applications that have been sent to residents that have already put up fences without the permits being approved first by the council.
The Clarksville council was told that this is happening more often that residents are doing the work and then submit to get the permit.
There was also discussion about assessing a fine to the person if they do the work without a permit.
No action was taken by the Clarksville City Council.
