The Clarksville City Council this week continued to discuss if a fine should be assessed for a person not having a building permit prior to completing construction work.
A few of the options discussed by the Clarksville council would be to double the fee charged by the city, do a flat fee, or have an extra fee on top of the project fee.
Another option would be that the resident pays the fee and has to tear out the project that was built.
No action was taken by the Clarksville City Council.
