You may not know, but I’m a bit of a Rodeo Queen. Not really, but I grew up going to the Franklin County Fair. I loved doing as many kid’s activities as I could. Including the Wooley Ride. I got first place for my age group in 1994. I held on so tight, I ended up sideways. Pictured is my trophy, proudly displayed on my desk at the studio. Also displayed is a polaroid of me on a rodeo bull. Of course he was a more tame bull, used for promotional use. You can’t tell me I didn’t look good up there with my yellow and blue, that happened to match the Wrangler Jeans sign behind me(not planned). I also need to dig out my first place ribbon I won from the frog jumping contest. So fun! However, I didn’t win the watermelon seed spitting contest, and was pretty disappointed. I guess, I can’t be good at everything. Hahaha. I hope you all are able to make it out to the Franklin Co Fair this year and enjoy a multitude of activities and entertainment. Plus, you can’t forget the FOOD! See you out there 🙂
