Wright County Deputy Auditor Deb Lukes met with the board of supervisors this week and notified the board of the letter the county received that EMC will no longer provide group life insurance as of August 1st.
Currently, Wright County pays for a 50-thousand dollar life insurance policy for full-time employees.
Lukes has reached out to get quotes for something comparable to what the county had with EMC and will keep in touch with the Wright County Board of Supervisors.
