Celebration of Life for 73-year-old James Michael Dougan of Glendale, Arizona, formerly of Hubbard, will be July 20th from 1-4pm at the Brubaker-Hoelscher Park in Hubbard.
Burial will be in the Hubbard Cemetery.
Boeke Funeral Home in Hubbard is assisting the family.
