Last night the Rockwell City Council approved the utility rates for water, garbage collection, sewer rents, and storm water for the city’s new fiscal year.
The Rockwell council also received information on the drainage issues along Madison Street and Southview Drive. It would cost up to 45-hundred dollars to clean out the ditch, creek bed, and to re-shape the ditch to allow the water to flow better from there.
