OnTheGoMedia to Open Parkersburg Office, Expanding Local Presence
Hampton, Iowa – Locally owned and operated, OnTheGoMedia, Inc., home to FM radio stations 104.9 KLMJ and 99 The Wave, is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Parkersburg. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing community engagement and providing dedicated news and sports coverage, as well as sales support for local advertisers who utilize broadcast and digital marketing options.
The new Parkersburg office will open with limited hours soon, but will serve as a location for the community to come in for news or sports interviews, record audio and collaborate on advertising campaigns, and for listeners to pick up prizes won from various contests and promotions for which the company has become well known.
“We are thrilled to bring our brand closer to the Parkersburg community,” said Shawn Dietz, President at OnTheGoMedia, Inc. “This expansion allows us to better serve our audience with expanded news and sports coverage and support our local advertising partners more effectively.”
Dietz is inviting the community to celebrate this milestone at an open house following the Parkersburg Days Parade on Saturday, August 3rd until 1pm.
“There have been so many memories covering news and sports in the community of Parkersburg and others nearby in Butler and Grundy Counties over the years. Plus the relationships we’ve built with our business partners through the years. We’re really looking forward to continuing that tradition of excellence in community service and building on some great relationships we’ve built over the years,” added General Sales Manager, Duane Carstens.
The official opening date of the office remains to be determined as final touches are being added. Upon opening, the Parkersburg office, located at 505 Coates Street, near downtown, will be open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, unless posted otherwise as sales, news and sports staff still make every effort to visit clients and contacts in person.
