Memorial service for 92-year-old JoAnn Meints of Parkersburg, formerly of Wellsburg, will be Friday, August 9th at 10:30am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, rural Wellsburg.
Burial will be in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorial visitation will be Friday from 9:30-10:30am at the church.
Abels Funeral and Cremation Service, Doyen Chapel in Wellsburg, is assisting the family.
