Today the National FFA Organization announced that it had reached a record-breaking milestone of having more than 1-million FFA members, or 1,027,273.
This announcement comes ahead of the 97th National FFA Convention and Expo in October.
The three states with the largest jumps for percentage of growth compared to last year are Utah, up almost 173 percent, Florida up 117 percent, and Alaska up 75 percent.
Iowa has 264 FFA chapters and over 20-thousand student members.
