Last night the Butler County Sheriff’s Department arrested 40-year-old Joseph Lee Foster of Aplington who was wanted on a Butler County warrant for the charge of first degree theft.
First degree theft is filed when the alleged theft of property exceeds 10-thousand dollars.
Foster posted bond and was released from custody.
If convicted, he could be sentenced for up to 10 years in prison.
