Last night the Hampton Police Department executed a search warrant at 320 North Federal Street.
The search warrant was the result of the ongoing investigation regarding fliers attached to local Hispanic businesses this week.
The search at this location involved Hampton Police, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, while collaborating with the Franklin County Attorney’s Office.
38-year-old Daniel Alan Embree of Hampton was arrested on 8 counts of 2nd degree harassment and for trespass with the intent to commit a hate crime.
Embree was ordered held on bond.
