The Belmond-Klemme School Board last week voted to have Estes Construction of Des Moines complete a Phase 1 facility assessment scope and fee proposal to look at all the district buildings.
The B-K board also approved a memorandum of understanding for NIACC’s Franklin County Regional Education Center.
