Tuesday afternoon the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 39-year-old Avery Griffin, Senior of Eldora who was wanted on a warrant for revocation of his pretrial release from the original charges of a controlled substance violation, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and for possession of a controlled substance marijuana.
Griffin is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
