This week the Wright County Board of Supervisors appointed a hiring committee for the position of Communications Director.
The committee will consist of the sheriff, police chiefs in the cities of Clarion, Belmond, and Eagle Grove, and one county supervisor.
Current Communications Director Colleen Meier is retiring next year.
