Friday the Hubbard City Council held a special meeting and approved to place the property up for sale at 117 North Minnesota Street.
The Hubbard council also approved an offer to purchase the property at 114 North Minnesota Street.
Earlier in the week, the Hubbard City Council held a different special meeting and met with representatives from 403 Solutions who presented a solar proposal.
Council members requested more information and an updated proposal from the company.
