Wednesday at 12:20pm a narcotics search warrant was executed by the Hampton Police Department at 410 12th Avenue Northwest, Apartment #12. As a result of the search warrant, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found, and four people were arrested on various charges, that include possession of a controlled substance, gathering where controlled substances are used, and for trespassing.
They are 31-year-old Carlos Carrillo, 21-year-old Mahliah Corwin, and 43-year-old Casey Fink, all from Hampton, and 42-year-old Tara Chaplin from Iowa Falls.
The investigation continues and further arrests are pending.
Assisting with the search warrant was the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and the Iowa State Patrol Canine Unit.
