Memorial service for 45-year-old Kimberly Van Wert of Cedar Falls will be October 12th at 10am at the Sietsema Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton.
Burial will be in the Hampton Cemetery.
Kimberly Van Wert passed away Saturday, August 31st at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital in Waterloo.
