Eldora man arrested on an outstanding warrant

Last night the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 26-year-old Xavier Howard of Eldora who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for child endangerment and for 2nd offense domestic abuse assault. Howard was later released from custody.
