Hampton Police took a report of 2 vehicles that had been allegedly stolen from the Sherwood Apartments located along 12th Avenue Northwest.
In Iowa, theft against an older individual is a crime that increases the penalties for theft by one degree. This means that if someone commits first degree theft against an older person, they are guilty of a class “B” felony, punishable by up to 25-years in prison.
Frey is being held at the Franklin County LEC.
