The Hardin County Board of Supervisors this week approved to enter into an engagement letter with the Ahlers and Cooney law firm to appeal portions of the Iowa Utilities Commission’s ruling granting a permit to Summit Carbon Solutions to construct a carbon capture pipeline across parts of Iowa.
In other business, the Hardin supervisors approved a request for a formal estimate from Clifton Larson Allen, L-L-C to maintain the Capital Asset Schedule for the county.
