Beginning Tuesday, 12th Avenue Northeast in Hampton west of Highway 65 will be closed to through traffic to Val Kay Court.
Water main work is expected to begin in this area. Local access will be maintained to the best extent possible, however there will be times when driveways will be blocked with construction activity.
The Lantern Park and Arbor Garden apartments driveway to 12th Avenue will be blocked at times during this construction.
It’s requested that tenants needing to leave the parking lot move their vehicle to 12th Avenue Northeast west of Val Kay Court for on street parking when construction begins.
