Wednesday night the Latimer City Council approved a 5 percent wage increase for the director of city maintenance, which is about $2,485.
The Latimer council approved to give the water/wastewater manager a 1-thousand dollar stipend for all the extra work he has had to do for the city water department.
Members from the Latimer Fun Day Committee also informed the Latimer City Council that next year’s celebration will be held on July 26th.
