The North Butler cross country teams turned in top times at West Fork Invite on Monday and prepares for a quick turn around with the Osage Invite on Tuesday.
The North Butler boys team turned in the top four times in a field of 19 runners at West Fork Invite on Monday. In first was Ezra Almelien in 18:18, just three seconds behind in second place was Traeger Pecha in 18:21.7, in third was Alex Alemelien with a season best time of 18:49 and fourth was Brady Henning with a season best time of 18:52.
For the girls, Addison Voelker finished in first place with a season best time of 20:46.4 in a field of 16 runners.
The Osage Invite will include 14 teams, and many fellow Top of Iowa programs.
The meet begins at 4:30 p.m. at Mitchell County Conservation near Osage.
