The city council in Iowa Falls this week heard from several residents in regards to property maintenance code violations in their neighborhoods. The Iowa Falls council directed city staff to implement municipal infraction citations.
In other business, the Iowa Falls council approved a local match of $20,491 from the Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund for the Region 6 Housing Trust fund 2025 application.
The city council approved the rehabilitation program for the city acquired properties, and set Trick or Treating for October 31st from 5-7pm in Iowa Falls.
